Through this program, groups and organizations that directly work with Diversity Organizations receive open job notifications on a daily basis that match the criteria they specifically requested. These daily notifications (known as JobCast’s™) can be customized by location, profession, education and experience. |
Association of Community Employment Programs for the Homeless (ACE) Association of Community Employment Programs for the Homeless (A.C.E.) initiates and develops community partnerships utilizing our two successful model programs, Project Comeback and Project Stay. The two programs together form a framework that empowers and enables recovering homeless individuals to re-enter the work force successfully and to achieve long-term economic self-sufficiency. |

Association to Benefit Children ABC's innovative Baked in the 'Hood program prepares its trainees to secure permanent employment in the baking, catering and food service industries. The Baked in the 'Hood curriculum offers formal classroom instruction enhanced by special workshops taught by some of New York City's most accomplished and renowned chefs. Supervised on-the-job apprenticeships and hands-on internships complete their course work. Emphasizing skills training and job readiness, Baked in the Hood is a sweet recipe for success. |

Audubon Partnership for Economic Development - JobsConexión Audubon Partnership for Economic Development, LDC (APED) was created in 1996. APED is dedicated to economic development, skills development, and creating opportunities for residents and businesses of northern Manhattan in New York City. APED supports educational services, technical assistance services, and an economic development program to strengthen small businesses, management, and marketing capacity. Economic development initiatives include the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone Commercial Revitalization Initiative, Revolving Loan Fund, and Business Outreach & Technical Assistance. |

During this time, clients are guided through a structured continuum of treatment and training designed to give them the skills they need to address any substance abuse and/or health issues and to find and maintain permanent employment and housing. |

Career Gear is a nonprofit organization that fills the gap between job-training programs and employment by providing men with interview clothing, motivation and follow-up support that helps them get and keep jobs. |

Career Transition For Dancers The mission of Career Transition For Dancers is to empower current and former professional dancers, as well as their younger counterparts, with the knowledge and skills necessary to clearly define their career possibilities after dance, and to provide the resources to help make these possibilities a reality. To accomplish this mission we also reach out to students, pre-professionals, and professionals to heighten their awareness of the organization and to encourage them to begin this process while they are still performing. |

C-CAP is a curriculum enrichment program linking public high school culinary teachers and their students to the foodservice industry. Our materials and services help prepare students for college and careers in the restaurant and hospitality industry. |

Catholic Charities of Rockville Centre - Immigrant Services/Refugee Resettlement Catholic Charities welcomes immigrants, providing the guidance and assistance necessary for newcomers to stabilize their situations, achieve self-sufficiency as quickly as possible, and participate in the life of the community. Refugee resettlement staff reach out to people who arrive on Long Island fleeing war, natural disaster, or personal persecution in their countries of origin. Full-range case management services immediately help these most vulnerable of newcomers to stabilize their lives by securing food, clothing, housing, and employment. |

Center For Employment Opportunities, Inc. (CEO) The Center for Employment Opportunities provides job readiness and placement services to men and women returning from prison to New York City and others under community supervision. Our signature work experience program - the Neighborhood Work Project (NWP) - provides immediate, paid, short-term employment and serves as an "employment lab," preparing participants with the essential skills to rejoin the workforce and restart their lives. Within 2-3 months, 60% of training graduates are placed in permanent jobs. |
