Job Mission

Works as part of a team of End User Services specialists, focusing on the design and implementation of technical solutions of End User Services products in support of customer needs (in and outside of IT). Executes complex technical tasks and projects within multiple domains (i.e. Workplace, Audio/Video, Conference Rooms, Telephony - mobile and VOIP, network connectivity). Works independently on complex technology adapting existing building blocks and creating new ones when needed.

Job Description

  • Analyzes and prioritizes incoming End User projects and requests.
  • Provides second and third level support to resolve difficult, complex, and sensitive problems with products, applications, and devices, and provides assistance to others in resolving problems.
  • Serves as a technical lead on a feature or system, assigns work to a small project team, and works on more advanced tasks to complete a project.
  • Coordinates requirements and deliverables with third party service providers
  • Follows and develops standard operating procedures.
  • Follows procedures for incident escalation and notification to leadership.
  • Facilitates the tracking and development of documentation by entering details of incidents, status of service requests, and resolutions.
  • Provide vendor management for services and financial requirements around used/needed vendors for services used in assigned projects.
  • Inventory and prioritize projects for network and equipment buildouts and installations.
  • Analyzes incident data and trends to help prioritize efforts to improve system availability and performance.
  • Mentor other team members to disseminate knowledge about subject matter expertise and latest IT solutions.
  • Facilitates the knowledge repository for all technical support.
  • Reviews information and supports the compilation of information (e.g., procedures, installation, configuration) related to new support.
  • Helps team members to determine which work tasks are most important, manages distractions, and deals with setbacks in a timely manner.
  • Provides after hours on-call support.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years' experience in IT, AV, Telephony/Mobility or related field
  • 5+ years of medium to large scale project management experience

  • Proven planning and execution for large scale construction/IT projects with at least three (3) years' experience managing medium to large projects with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule. Result driven-demonstrate ownership and accountability.
  • Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate open, clear, concise and professional communication.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and customer.

Other Information

  • This position is located on-site in San Diego, CA, Chandler, AZ or Wilton, CT. It works on a hybrid schedule, onsite 3 days, 2 days remote. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.
  • Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently $99,375-$165,625. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
