Staffmark has partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Rogers, AR, that is looking for a Warehouse Production Assistant to join their team. Schedule: 6 AM - 6 PM or 6 PM - 6 AM | 2 - 2 - 3 rotating shift

Pay: $14.00/hr.

The Warehouse Production Assistant will be responsible for product development and packaging in a factory environment. They will be required to stand and watch trash bags coming down the line, pull or reach them as needed, and fold them by hand before putting them into boxes. The assistant will also be responsible for repacking, taking a box apart, placing the product back into a new box, and placing it back on the line. Operating packaging equipment is also part of their duties. They will be required to load cases and cartons onto automated packaging equipment. The position requires an entry-level candidate who can lift 20 pounds and stand the entire day in steel-toes.
