Job Description
Our client, the world's leading search engine and technology company, is seeking a Administrative Business Partner. This is a 7 month + contract and hybrid remote position located in San Francsico, CA.

Summary:
  • We focus on early stage (pre-seed & seed) investments with an AI angle.
  • We have a high volume of external facing meetings with our portfolio companies as well as new startup founders who we are exploring the potential to invest in.

Responsibilities:
  • As an Administrative Business Partner with the client, you are the heart of the team's operation and culture.
  • You work closely with the Partners you support, managing their administrative needs so that they can focus on investing.
  • You will utilize sound business judgment and organizational skills to juggle competing priorities and execute them in a precise and timely manner.
  • Core ABP duties - calendaring / expense management / travel management.
  • Vendor management - contracting & purchase order processing.
  • Office management - stocking supplies, order lunches for team lunches, liaise with REWS to troubleshoot issues.

Requirements:
  • Organization.
  • Communication.
  • Sound business judgment.
  • Calendar management.
  • Expense management.
  • Travel management (national and international).
  • Of years' experience required: minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.

Desired:
  • Experience with client Vendor/Supplier Management I.E. contracts, purchase orders, etc.


Pay rate range: $29.21 - $46.30 hourly
