  • Guide & Support Your Unit. Your leadership makes the difference! As the Outpatient Oncology Nurse Manager, you would oversee 22 employees in the Radiation Oncology Units. You would lead your team in providing the highest level of care while garnering a constant focus on patient safety. In addition this manager will oversee the Nurse Navigators, Social Workers and O/P Cancer Centers.

Position: Nurse Manager - Outpatient Oncology
Shift: Days Monday-Friday- 100% onsite


Experience:
1. 3-5 years of clinical experience in Oncology nursing.
2. Prior management, supervisor, charge, coordinator, or other related leadership experience required.

Education:
1.
BSN- OCN preferred, MSN preferred- OCN within 2 years of hire if not already certified.



Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
