Position Overview

Who you are: A paid social expert, you have a deep understanding of the core paid social platforms and the process for activating media across platforms. You will be responsible for creating and operationalizing processes that improve the quality of the paid social craft across the U.S., and accountable for the ownership of several high-profile operational workstreams within the Paid Social Center of Excellence. You have strong project management, communication and organizational skills that allow you to coordinate across internal teams in order to create best-in-class processes, onboard team members to the process and ensure compliance across stakeholders. You have excellent interpersonal communication skills and are able to work across various internal teams. You have strong Excel experience, with the ability to use it for data compilation, analysis, visualization, & automation. In this critical role, you will need to have a strong attention to financial detail. You will work directly with the Directors and SVP of the Paid Social COE.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a resource for Managers, Senior Specialists, Specialists and Associates for advice, counsel and training
  • Develop, document, and implement Paid social media best practices and processes across the agency client portfolio; Create scalable processes and ensure their adoption by over 300+ craft practitioners
  • Become an expert in the operational process of the Paid Social COE and build trusted partnerships with all agency stakeholders; Lead trainings on new processes for the social craft and manage adherence with periodic check-ins
  • Stay on top of the latest digital trends, innovations, and opportunities and communicate these updates periodically with the Paid social craft team,
  • Use Asana for task management and team collaboration; manage the creation of new Asana projects and templates related to new process development and track distribution and usage compliance across teams.
  • Oversee workstreams including financial tracking and reconciliation and governance of process; create, regularly review and maintain financial tracking documents across multiple accounts.
  • Provide oversight and governance of project progress by tracking activity and tasks, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions; Report project status to internal stakeholders during regular status meetings
  • Demonstrate accountability for all aspects of project success working with stakeholders to track key project milestones and delivery
  • Build a network of operational connectivity with other internal teams to continuously improve ways of working, including coordination with U.S. and global markets as needed

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong mastery of paid social hands-on-keyboard activation in platforms (Meta, Snap, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X), including planning, buying and reporting.
  • Substantial experience in account management, planning, and/or performance media experience
  • Extensive experience writing and presenting relevant information
  • Understanding of marketing and communications process, and ability to execute streamlined processes across clients, media partners, and other agencies.
  • Foundational knowledge of planning & investment processes - trafficking, billing, competitive, etc.
  • Strong Excel experience
  • Process oriented, operationally minded
  • KINESSO does not require candidates to have a college degree

The salary range for this position is posted below.
