Under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor and the direction of the Lead Facilities Tech these positions will play a key role in the completion of the re-model/painting of the SRC apartments Applies various finishes to buildings, rooms, or other structures, including primers or sealers.

Duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Painting of Apartments (SRC)
• Prepares and tapes all jobsites.
• Removes old paint coating, if necessary.
• Moves necessary materials around jobsite as assigned.
• Cleans up worksite debris.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

In addition to the duties and responsibilities indicated above, conditions of employment include:

• May not work over 28 hours per week.
• Be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours each academic semester, excluding summer.
• Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
• This is a summer employment only (May 13, 2024 - August 18, 2024)

Preferred Qualification:

• Background in interior house painting.
