Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Cardio/Nuclear Med Technologist, Cardio Non-Invasive Department.
In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for assisting the physicians in the delivery of safe, age-appropriate patient care during procedures in Nuclear Cardiology. Works collaboratively with the RNs and MDs in a Health team forum to promote wellness and optimize patient outcomes and quality care.
Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify, you must be a Graduate of a program in Nuclear Medicine Technology. Current New York State Radiologic Technologist License. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registered or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) Certified. Basic Life Support (BLS). Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal, and organization skills. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office). Full working knowledge of Nuclear Medicine equipment and Radiation Physics..
Preferred Qualifications:
1 - 2 years experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, preferred.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $96,308.59 - $117,978.02 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
