This position is responsible for directing a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals. Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies. Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the department's sales volume.
This Sales Manager - On-Premise role will have three (3) direct Field Sales Manager reports, and be responsible for the Central Coast and Valley, including Bakersfield, Death Valley, Mammoth Lakes, downtown Los Angeles and Paso Robles. The ideal candidate will reside in the coverage area.
Prior wine/beer/liquor distrbution experience desired.
Sales manager experince leading teams of 20+ associates required.
Salary and Benefit Statement:
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience.
Compensation package: Range: $100,000- $130,000
This position is eligible to participate in a bonus program. Metrics and level of participation are determined annually.
This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits and participation in the Company's 401(k) plan.
