The Opportunity

Are you looking for an entrepreneurial opportunity to develop an industry defining SaaS product? If so, the Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) Collaboration team may have an opportunity for you! We are seeking a motivated Senior Product Manager with experience developing innovative advertising-focused measurement and experimentation solutions for enterprise brands, agencies, and publishers.

As a Product leader for RTCDP Collaboration, you will play an active role crafting the future of our data collaboration product capabilities with a keen focus on developing frameworks, methods, and visualizations for advertising performance measurement, performance modeling, and incrementality testing. Prepare to apply your deep industry expertise, and passion for innovative technologies, with a customer-first approach to iteratively develop solutions for media buyers, measurement specialistic, and publisher across CTV, RMN, and more within a 0-to-1 product.

Along the way, you will learn and incorporate innovative measurement technology into our solutions, including privacy-enhancing technologies, and Adobe Sensei artificial intelligence and machine learning.

What You'll Do
  • Independently develop and implement measurement-related solutions in close partnership with design, engineering, GTM partners, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams leading end-to-end execution
  • Write clear and detailed product requirements and complete wire-framing as needed to ensure engineering, UX design, and cross-functional partners are educated on what is required to implement your vision. This includes defining the appropriate phasing and iterative steps needed to drive customer value quickly and iterating based on feedback
  • Define and optimize towards key performance indicators to lead a data-driven strategy for driving customer adoption and retention
  • Actively participate in pre- and post-sales discussions with clients, prospects, technology partners, and cross-functional collaborators to help drive sales, adoption, and positive client health to incorporate feedback and influence roadmap priorities
  • Maintain an understanding of the evolving market landscape, competitor solutions, and an equitable perspective on our solution positioning with a focus on strengths and weaknesses
Formula for Success
  • Knowledge of the AdTech and advertising measurement space
  • Experience working within a brand or agency advertising organization; or within a publisher product team building streaming, connected TV (CTV), or retail media network (RMN) solutions
  • 5+ years in Product Management or related fields, preferably with a deep understanding in media measurement, attribution, and experimentation
  • A track record of launching innovative measurement-related data or SaaS products
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment, and driving value pragmatically through both incremental feature improvements and large-scale project rollouts
  • Exceptional communication skills with comfort communicating detailed strategies in written and slide-based formats
  • Expertise in experimentation, predictive analytics, data collaboration, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or years of equivalent experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $121,800 -- $228,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
