Project Overview
The selected candidate will collaborate with a core project team and provide project and change management services that will lead to a successful development and implementation of Asset management related engagement, learning, communications and associated processes. The candidate will need to be strategic-thinking and have a problem-solving mindset, along with the ability to establish connections and build trust by fostering relationships.
Job Functions & Responsibilities
Responsibilities Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met Engage business stakeholders across sites to understand and understand needs, develop guidance, and train on new processes and procedures Clarify, document and streamline the flow of communications and decisions across the asset management system and organization Conduct change impact & benefit assessments, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and more Design and deliver fit-for-purpose change management, communications, and training plans Track change related items, and report/escalate progress, interdependencies, and flag any Change-related issues and risks.
Skills
Robust experience in project management and change methodologies and skills, with proficiency in using project management methods to define, plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of a project Advanced experience leading successful medium to large scale, complex change projects throughout the lifecycle from initiation through delivery Extensive experience leveraging relationships and working effectively across all levels of an organization with internal and external stakeholders Experience managing projects in rapid and complex changing work environments
Education & Certifications
Required Experience Degree in Business, Organizational Psychology/Leadership, Project Management, Communications or similar; graduate work a plus
