Well, what about the team?

As a Compliance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our iGaming and online sports wagering operations meet regulatory standards across various North American jurisdictions. Your primary responsibility will involve managing regulatory and compliance matters, ensuring our operations adhere to all relevant regulations and standards. This includes obtaining and maintaining personal gaming licensure as required in specific jurisdictions. Additionally, occasional travel may be necessary to oversee compliance activities and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies. You'll be joining a dynamic team committed to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance, contributing to the success and growth of our operations in the rapidly evolving iGaming and online sports wagering industry.

So, what will you be doing?
  • Acting as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies on all compliance matters
  • Providing timely and practical compliance advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Staying up to date with regulatory requirements and make recommendations to the business on changes required
  • Maintaining compliance calendar for all jurisdictions to ensure compliance with licensure requirements
  • Reviewing audit and assessment results and ensure that failures are acted upon, and remedial action is taken
  • Ensuring that sub-contracted and/or outsourced partners working for Bally's maintain the highest standards for all compliance-related activities
  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure that security assessments and regulator-required updates are implemented efficiently and effectively
  • Applying expertise and industry knowledge in crafting Operations Manuals and Internal Controls for sports and iGaming products and updating as required
And what are we looking for?
  • Experience with accounting or regulatory reporting requirements
  • Experience engaging with regulatory bodies
  • Have communication proficiency, including presentation skills via videoconferencing tools
  • Possess problem solving and analysis skills
  • Have a background in Gaming or Sports Wagering

Salary: $90,000-$120,000 plus a yearly bonus
