Job Description:

RVCC is currently seeking a part-time Instructor to teach Organizational and Technical Communication in the Fall 2022 semester.

Organizational and Technical Communication is an introduction to written and oral communication in business, professional, and technical settings providing students with the benefit of mastering these skills prior to entering the workforce. Students are expected to successfully style various types of written documents and/or messages, including letters, reports, proposals, presentations, memos, e-mails, etc., and evaluate degrees of appropriate or inappropriate behavior, activities or communications that impact the appropriate functioning of the workplace and its personnel.

Candidates should have the ability to teach daytime classes.

Positions are located on the Main RVCC Campus unless otherwise noted.

Requirements:

Masters in Communication Studies or MBA required.

Teaching experience is required, college level is preferred.
