- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or a comparable field from an accredited college or university plus a minimum of four years of experience in electronic marketing and management, preferably in destination
- Experience leading a team by anticipating needs and adapting to changing situations; demonstrated ability to work effectively with others, including executive team
- Confident in leading digital projects, strong negotiating skills and analytical acumen.
- Considerable working knowledge of website standards and best practices.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
- Firm understanding of front-end development and the ability to speak intelligently with web development teams
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4)
- Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Sitecore experience a plus, but not required
