Manager of Media Analytics

What we're seeking:
The Manager of Media Analytics evaluates data from marketing automation and other business intelligence tools to get insights on marketing campaign performance and the return on investment. You will be responsible for providing the marketing organization and cross-functional partners with media analytics, research, strategic breakdowns, and market insights. In this remote role, you will be expected to collaborate with peers as required but can work anywhere in the contiguous United States, however, if you are local to a Frontier HUB, you will be required to work a hybrid schedule.
What we need in you:
For this Manager of Media Analytics position, we are looking for a self-starter who takes initiative to move projects forward with the ability to guide cross-functional groups in a diagnostic capacity to achieve results. Someone who will excel at using data and reasonable tools to tell a story that can be used in a business setting to set strategy and make business agreements will be successful in this role. We also need someone with strong communication skills who can convey complex data in a clear and simple manner, deliver analyses and strategy recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
  • Apply marketing data to solve business objections which requires the ability to inspect diverse data from conceptualization through insightful presentation; and communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Build frameworks that capture campaign data, and performance, execute and deliver best-in-class digital, direct mail, and other media tactic measurements with insight to inform media strategy
  • Advance KPI and key metrics reporting for in-campaign performance
  • Regulate behavioral brand impact and return on investment
  • Develop research approaches to address complex research and measurement protests
  • Strong experience with marketing mix modeling concepts and applications, and ability to apply it to optimize media spend. Inform media targeting and budget allocations to ensure advertising investment is optimized to drive results
  • Construct and execute "test and learn" measurement and consumer research roadmaps tied to business goals
  • Evaluate new and current data partners and new approaches for the highest-quality results
  • Work in partnership with data scientists, analysts, data engineers, and vendors to have deep knowledge of business goals and objections
  • Proactively educate partners on research, tools, technology, and approaches; communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Communicate opportunities, learnings, and recommendations
  • Help answer senior directorship questions, create presentations, and present at meetings

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $157,000
  • 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year

What background you should have:
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in the quantitative field required
  • Minimum six years of experience in marketing analytics capacity required
  • Highly organized, ability to work freely in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities with a high level of responsiveness and a result-oriented mindset
  • Analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Communication skills with experience translating concluded learnings into strategic insights, developing clear and concise recommendations, and presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels across the organization
  • Aptitude for strategic and precise thinking, and data-based governing
  • Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems
  • Experience in SQL and the ability to learn new languages, programs, and cogent techniques
  • Strong experience in Power BI, an expert at MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with, or ability to quickly adapt to data wrangling tools like Alteryx
