Location:

• Build rapport with customers by providing status updated to pending orders.

• Routinely print inbound orders within SAP.

• Handle inventory transactions for bill of material items within SAP

• Provide tracking info and back up documents for pending and shipped orders.

• Process required shipping paperwork for all domestic and international orders.

• Prepare and issue products return authorizations.

• Act as backup to buyer as required.

• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• One year experience in a customer relations/service capacity.

• Exceptional interpersonal and management skills with the ability to work seamlessly out of and within the Airgas organization

• Strong organizational and computer skills.

• Ability to establish rapport with employees and outside sources with whom interface is required

• Free-thinking, innovative, and adaptable attitude toward customer solutions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• An ability to interface in a diplomatic manner with a broad range of people

• Have the ability to multi-task.

• Basic understanding of inventory within a production environment.
